The title says it all! This is the perfect recipe book for beginners when it comes to juicing. There are sections dedicated to explaining juicing and it’s benefits. Also, there is a complete section dedicated to juicing for weight loss. A lot of attention is paid to nutritional benefits and how they will help your system. The recipes are easy to follow, very tasty and use commonly found ingredients. No one wants to spend hours trying to find some obscure spice that you will never use again. A very good book at a very good price.
The Juicing Bible
This recipe book is the other extreme of Beginning Juicing. Everything you could want to know about juicing can be found in this book, and it is really easy to use. There are more than 350 different recipes, all very well described and simple to create. There are sections that go into detail on how certain foods can help your body fight off disease, improve blood pressure and other overall health benefits. This really is the bible of juicing.
Healthy Juicing Recipe Book
This recipe book is a bit different in that it offers smoothie recipes as well as juicing recipes. Yes, some juice purists look down on smoothies and treat them as a fad, but many people like to have smoothies as alternatives to juices at times. They have a thicker texture and, especially if you are dieting, can help with cravings. This is a well written book with over 80 juice and smoothie recipes. They are laid out in easy to follow formats and the photography is mouth watering. Some of the pictures alone will make you want to try a recipe.
